Portsmouth has 2 free docks that allow boats under 40 feet to visit Portsmouth at no charge! The first is located at the end of North Street and the second is located at the end of High Street. Both docks are on a first come first serve basis. Stays are limited to 36 hours and no more than 3 days in a 30 day period. After docking, be sure to check in at the kiosk across from the High Street dock.
