Turn east towards Key Largo at red 54. About the only marina on the Gulf side is the Upper Keys Sailing Club or you can anchor in a safe location and dinghy in.
If you are going to stay at one of the marinas on the Atlantic side, you will need to turn east just south of red 15 and follow the marked channel around the north side of the island or turn east at red 78A and follow the marked channel around the south side of Plantation Key and come back north on the Atlantic side to Key Largo.
